1. Ordering & Payment

Because of the security reasons, We don’t take your card or bank details over the website. Once you are ready to order, complete the checkout process. You will be asked your contact details and we will contact you over the phone and complete transaction process.

2. Hallmarks

All items of silver jewellery are marked 925 which means that at least 92.5% of the metal is pure silver.

3. Delivery & Returns

Jewellery will normally be dispatched within 1 weeks of receipt of your order. Since we only manufacturer jewellery based on specific orders there are very very minimal chances that there will be any damaged or wrong item. If there is any we are more than happy to take it back.
